 NUM). For the last three years, Samuel has been leading the development and
  delivery of the State's collaborative digital workspace with opensource. C
 onvinced of the importance and transformative potential of open digital tec
 hnologies, he combines strong technical expertise with leadership in comple
 x technology environments. A graduate of CentraleSupélec and the Georgia In
 stitute of Technology, Samuel previously led the technical team at France U
 niversité Numérique, where he contributed to the development and promotion 
 of digital commons aimed at fostering open and accessible education for all
